Our services and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- • Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- • Warranties that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- • Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through our services

This applies whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Maximum Liability
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars if no payment was made.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tasteleaf, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an informal resolution. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through good-faith discussion. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any legal action must be brought in the courts of our operating jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You may not consolidate your claims with those of any other party.
General Provisions
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
No Waiver
